Clint Echols
Senior Pastor
Pastor Clint Echols came on staff in March of 2009 after serving at Calvary Church in Charlotte, North Carolina as student and young adult ministries pastor. He has a heart for those with disabilities and has pastored with the Joni and Friends regional family camp over the past ten years.
Clint and his wife Heather have been married since 1994 and they have three children.

Tom VandenBerg
Executive Pastor
Pastor Tom began his ministry at First during the summer of 2001 after serving for ten years as a missionary to Norway. He grew up in our church and uses his knowledge of the Bible to assist in leading the family here at First.
Tom and his wife Kristi have been married since 1983 and have three children.

Jeremy Cobb
Worship Pastor
Pastor Jeremy came on staff during the fall of 2006. He brings a love for Jesus Christ and a passion for leading the family at First in expressing our faith through music and art.
Jeremy and his wife Dawn have been married since 2006 and have one child.

Ray Dutcher
Youth Pastor
Pastor Ray Dutcher came on staff in October of 2011 after serving for five years at Cornerstone Bible Church in Middlefield, Ohio as youth pastor. Before Ohio, Ray served eight years as youth pastor in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Ray has been serving in youth ministry for sixteen years. Ray and his wife Heidi have been married since 1997 and have two boys, Clayton & Connor. They are expecting their third child in July 2012.
