This Week's Message
Have you ever experienced something so incredible that it left you in awe? A sky full of stars can remind us how small we are—but the greatness of God calls us to more than amazement. It calls us to worship.
In this message, we explore how Paul concludes his discussion of Israel, salvation, and God’s sovereign purposes: with a hymn of praise. Romans 11:33–36 lifts our eyes to God’s inexhaustible riches, unsearchable wisdom, and matchless glory. Theology becomes doxology as we recognize that everything is from Him, through Him, and for Him.
But what does that worship look like beyond a Sunday gathering? Drawing on Jesus’ call to worship in spirit and truth and Paul’s invitation to become living sacrifices, this sermon connects a God-centered view of worship to a surrendered way of life. We consider how God’s glory reorients our purpose, our relationships, the places He has put us, and our dependence on the Holy Spirit’s power.
Jeremy Cobb | Romans 11.33–36
